演講摘要 : We axiomatize scoring rules for the classical setting of Arrovian preference aggregation with a fixed population. Our key axiom, called Quasi-separability, ensures that every subgroup of voters exerts a transparent influence on the social ranking. To elaborate: if a change in preferences within a particular coalition of voters S causes alternative b to gain ground in the social ranking relative to alternative a when voters outside S express one set of preferences, then the same preference change within S cannot cause b to lose ground relative to a when voters outside of S express a different set of preferences.
