本所於12月10日進行「2025總體經濟計量模型研討會」，並於研討會首日上午進行「臺灣半導體的安全佈局」論壇。論壇主持人為兆豐金控張傳章總經理，並由本院施俊吉兼任研究員以「大到不能倒的台積電」為題進行論壇引言，同時邀請國立成功大學電機工程學系李文熙特聘教授、工業技術研究院產業科技國際策略發展所紀昭吟副所長、本院資訊科技創新研究中心黃彥男特聘研究員以及中華經濟研究院連賢明所長共同進行與談。希望透過各面向的觀點及討論，能對台灣產業發展策略及未來經濟的可能動向，有更全面的理解與掌握。
The 2025 Macroeconometric Modelling Workshop (MMW) was held on December 10, 2025. The policy forum, “Taiwan's Semiconductor Security Strategy,” took place that morning.
The forum was chaired by Dr. Chuang-Chang Chang, President of Mega Financial Holding Co. Adjunct Research Fellow Jun-Ji Shih of the Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences, Academia Sinica, delivered the introductory speech, “TSMC: Too Big to Fail.” The panel also featured Distinguished Professor Wen-Hsi Lee, Department of Electrical Engineering, National Cheng Kung University; Deputy Director Chaoyin Chi of the Industry, Science and Technology International Strategy Center, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI); Distinguished Research Fellow Yennun Huang of the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation, Academia Sinica; and President Hsien-Ming Lien of the Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research (CIER).
