本所於11月27-28日完成「2023總體經濟計量模型研討會」，並於研討會第一日上午進行「臺灣能源政策與永續發展」論壇，由國立中央大學梁啟源管理講座教授擔任主持人暨引言人(講題為「臺灣能源轉型與零碳政策之問題與建議」)，並邀請香港城市大學榮休校長郭位院士、台灣綜合研究院黃宗煌顧問、永灃環境管理顧問股份有限公司溫麗琪博士以及本所蕭代基兼任研究員共同與談。對臺灣能源的永續發展，從各種不同的面相提供觀點與見解。
The 2023 Macroeconometric Modelling Workshop (MMW) was held on the 27th and 28th of November, 2023. The MMW policy forum, "Taiwan’s Energy Policy and Sustainable Development," was chaired by Dr. Chi-Yuan Liang, Chair Professor of National Central University, who also led the discussion. The forum panelists were Academician Kuo Way, Dr. Chung-Huang Huang, Dr. Lih-Chyi Wen, and Dr. Daigee Shaw. They provided different insights and opinions about Taiwan’s energy sustainable development.
