演講摘要 : We consider a decision maker who first determines which information structure to learn, and then chooses an option after receiving the information signal. The choice from menus is observed, but the choice for information is not. We show that given only the random choice from menus, the analyst can identify the agent’s taste, prior belief, and information cost function. We provide necessary and sufficient conditions for a random choice being rationalized by our model.
