演講摘要 : "Systemic irrationality and Composite choices" that combines, in effect, two papers. The first paper entitled "Reflections on rational choice: the existence of systemic rationality" argues that, in some societies such as the USA more than majority of the population may not be able to behave rationally. In the second paper entitled "An exploratory analysis of composite choices: Weighing over rationality versus irrationality," a static model is used to explore basic features of those decision-makings that combine rational and irrational choices -- the so-defined "composite choices."
