演講摘要 : In this short article, we offer an economically appealing proof of Wen Theorem and its variants (Wen 1998, Yao 2002, 2006 and Diamantaras and Gilles 2004) that characterize the optimal specialization choice of the consumer-producer and then prove that the theorem holds for more general regimes of transaction-cost sharing than considered thus far in the literature of endogenous specialization.
