演講摘要 : This paper introduces a new model of local public goods providing. We study the interaction between individual agents’ provisions of local public goods and the Nash equilibrium provisions by means of a graph where externalities of public goods expand through a special formation of network and only affect those agents who are linked. We find there are often multiple Nash equilibria in our model, in contrast to the uniqueness of Nash equilibrium in a global public goods model. We have also proven the existence of Nash equilibrium and show that the number of equilibria is generically finite.
