演講摘要 : This paper considers a variation of the job-matching model developed by Mortensen and Pissarides (1994). The structural model is estimated, and its performance is evaluated by its ability to generate accurate out-of-sample forecasts on output, consumption, and gross job flows. Results indicate that labor market frictions help propagating aggregate shocks and that the model can account for important stylized facts about gross job flows.
