演講者簡介 : Chih-Sheng Hsieh received his Ph.D. in Economics from The Ohio State University in 2013. He is going to serve as Assistant Professor of Economics at Chinese University of Hong Kong in Fall, 2013. His research fields are applied economics, labor, health and social economics.
演講摘要 : In this workshop I would like to guide you to the empirical network analysis. The speech should cover the following topics: 1. present social networks using relational data, 2. the descriptive network analysis, 3. statistical network formation models, and 4. network applications. I would complement each topic with my own research to illustrate its applications.
