「國際貿易新秩序」論壇
12月6-7日本所舉行「2018總體經濟計量模型研討會」，並於研討會首日下午進行「國際貿易新秩序」論壇。本次論壇主持人為中華經濟研究院曹添旺董事長，並由本所黃登興研究員以「失衡的全球貿易：中美貿易戰的根源與新保護主義之挑戰」為題擔任引言，同時還邀請了中華經濟研究院李淳副執行長、香港中文大學宋錚教授、國立政治大學林祖嘉教授、香港大學陶志剛教授以及經濟部龔明鑫政務次長共同出席與談。透過引言文稿的分享，由中美貿易戰的脈絡及未來談起，透過與會學者間不同的觀點，激盪並剖析國際貿易未來可能面臨的衝擊與挑戰。
The 2018 Macroeconometric Modelling Workshop (MMW) was held on 6-7 December, 2018, and a forum named “New Order of International Trade” was held in the first day’s afternoon. The forum was chaired by Tien-Wang Tsaur, Chairman of Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research. Professor Deng-Shing Huang from IEAS had served as the moderator, who brought out the topic of “Unbalanced World Trade—the origin of China–United States trade war and the challenge of New Trade Protectionism”. Deputy Director Roy Chun Lee from the Taiwan WTO and RTA Center, Chung-Hua Institution for Economic Research, Professor Zheng Michael Song from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Professor Chu-Chia Lin from National Cheng Chi University, Professor Zhigang Tao from Hong Kong University and Political Deputy Minister Ming-Hsi Kung from Ministry of Economic Affairs, R.O.C. were invited as the panelists. During the forum, all panelists had first discussed about the context and possible future of the 2018 China–United States trade war, and further developed to analyze the possible impact and challenge future world trade may face.
