We are pleased to announce that the 2023 Taiwan Economics Research workshop will be held at the Institute of Economics, Academia Sinica (IEAS), August 8-10, 2023. This workshop is co-sponsored by IEAS and the Center for East Asian Studies, University of Chicago.

Registration for Participation:
● Participation for the entire duration and accommodation at the Academic Activity Center of Academia Sinica during the workshop are required.

Submission for Presentation:
● Presentations in all fields of economics are welcome.
● Young scholars are encouraged to submit.
● A complete manuscript or an extended abstract is acceptable.
● Manuscripts, presentations, and discussions must be in English.

Important Dates:
● Submission period: February 24 to May 15.
● Announcement of decision: June 5.

Grants:
● We provide lunch and dinner for all participants during the workshop.
● Accommodation in the Academic Activity Center (August 7-11, up to four nights) will be fully covered for all participants.
● A limited number of travel grants are available for presenters to partially defray their travel expenses.
