本所於12月11-12日舉行「2024總體經濟計量模型研討會」第30屆會議。
本次會議主題為「超高齡社會的總體經濟挑戰與機會」，分別邀請高仙桂副主任委員與楊培珊教授以「化高齡挑戰為轉型契機」及「臺灣超高齡社會的挑戰與機會」為題進行專題演講，並進行「超高齡社會的總體經濟挑戰與機會」主題論壇。此外尚有16場平行場次，共計48篇研究成果發表。
The 2024 Macroeconometric Modelling Workshop (MMW) took place on December 11th and 12th, 2024. This year's theme was "Macroeconomic Challenges and Opportunities in a Super-Aged Society." The workshop featured a forum on this topic and two keynote speeches: “Turning Aging Challenges into Transformation Opportunities” by Dr. Shien-Quey Kao, Deputy Minister of the National Development Council, and “Challenges and Opportunities in Taiwan’s Super-Aged Society” by Dr. Pei-Shan Yang, Professor in the Department of Social Work, National Taiwan University. Additionally, the two-day event included 16 parallel sessions, showcasing a total of 48 research papers.
