本所於2019年7月26日舉行「經濟預測方法與應用研討會」，本次會議由本所與國立臺灣大學經濟學系共同主辦，台灣經濟學會與臺灣經濟計量學會共同合辦。會中共安排4個不同主題場次，共計12篇學術研究成果發表，透過會中的分享與討論，提供國內相關領域研究者交流機會。
“The Conference of Methods and Applications on Economic Forecasts” was held on July 26, 2019 at IEAS. The conference was organized by IEAS and Department of Economics, National Taiwan University, and co-organized by Taiwan Economic Association and Taiwan Econometric Research. The conference was consisted of 4 main topics, which are "Model Selection and Average," "Economic Indices," "Financial Forecast," and "Macroeconomic Impacts." 12 papers were presented under these topics. The main purpose of this Conference was to provide an opportunity for scholars in all related fields to exchange their ideas through the presentation and discussion in this one-day event.
