本年度「2023總體經濟計量模型研討會」已於11月27-28日完成。
本次會議主題為「臺灣永續之路」，除邀請龔明鑫主任委員與李敏特聘教授分別以「臺灣淨零轉型之策略思維」及「核能的愛恨情仇」為題進行專題演講之外，並進行「臺灣能源政策與永續發展」論壇，由國立中央大學梁啟源管理講座教授擔任主持人暨引言人(講題為「臺灣能源轉型與零碳政策之問題與建議」)，並邀請香港城市大學郭位榮休校長、台灣綜合研究院黃宗煌顧問、永灃環境管理顧問股份有限公司溫麗琪博士以及本所蕭代基兼任研究員共同與談。
本次會議除上述兩場專題演講及一場論壇外，尚有16場平行場次，包括來自主計總處、中央銀行、中華經濟研究院、台灣經濟研究院、工業技術研究院及各大學院校等共計51篇的研究成果發表。
The 2023 Macroeconometric Modelling Workshop (MMW) took place on November 27th and 28th, 2023. This year's theme for the MMW was "Taiwan’s Path to Sustainability." The two keynote speakers for the MMW2023 were Dr. Ming-Hsin Kung, Minister of the National Development Council, and Dr. Min Lee, Distinguished Professor of the Institute of Nuclear Engineering and Science, National Tsing Hua University. The MMW policy forum, "Taiwan’s Energy Policy and Sustainable Development," was chaired by Dr. Chi-Yuan Liang, Chair Professor of National Central University, who also led the discussion. The forum panelists were Academician Kuo Way, Dr. Chung-Huang Huang, Dr. Lih-Chyi Wen, and Dr. Daigee Shaw.
In addition to the above two keynote speeches and a forum, there were 16 parallel sessions in MMW2023, with speakers from the Central Bank, the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS) of the Executive Yuan, the Chung-Hua Institution of Economic Research, the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research, the Industrial Technology Research Institute, and various universities in Taiwan. A total of 51 research papers were presented.
