Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

1. Duties of Authors

(1) Taiwan Economic Forecast and Policy only publishes manuscripts in Chinese and English, and does not consider any paper that has been published or presently submitted elsewhere.

(2) Authors should preserve the raw data in connection with the paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to offer such data for a public access.

2. Duties of Reviewers

(1) Manuscripts received by reviewers must be treated as confidential.

(2) Reviewers should offer comments in an objective fashion and support their arguments with scientific viewpoints.

3. Duties of the Editorial Board

(1) Publication Decisions

After a peer review, the editors of Taiwan Economic Forecast and Policy decide whether or not a manuscript is invited for resubmission or accepted for publication, and the conduct of the editors should obey academic ethics and relevant regulations in relation to copyrights.

(2) Confidentiality

In the process of reviewing a manuscript seeking for publication, the editors and editorial staffs should follow the rule of a double-blinded review, must not disclose the names of authors and reviewers, and do not use the results obtained in the manuscript.
